"This is the Way" - we hear that SO many times in The Mandalorian. It is their mantra, probably a reference to preserving their WAY of life which includes hiding out, living underground, holding a very big grudge against the Empire for what it did to their planet and people. The phrase serves as a connection, reminding them what they have in common even now.
"Would you like a mug of coffee?"
"Yes please."
